The contracted rate includes the general use of the apartment with its complete equipment, appliances, services, bed and bath linen. In addition, you can also use the amenities* that are in the establishment freely except for the garage which is not included, is subject to availability and must be reserved upon arrival of the guests.
Breakfast* is optional and will be provided to those reservations that have chosen a rate that includes it. If not, do not worry, you can consume it and pay for it at the counter on the days you wish to do so with a special discount included. It is a buffet service and the particularities of it will be described in the WEB CHECK IN before your arrival.
Remember that our temporary rental service is remote and we do not have presence in the building, but don't worry! we will communicate via email 1 (one) day before your arrival for you to complete the web check in. Also, the same day of check in we will send you a message to provide you with all the instructions; and also at any time during your stay. We will be in permanent contact through our exclusive WhatsApp for guests.
The stay will be paid 100% before entering the apartment. You can make partial or total payments before the arrival date. In either case, our team of collaborators will contact you to coordinate this process, which can be done in the building during the time slots stipulated by FMA, which are also described on the information signs in the building. Also, if you wish, you can go to our main office in Dean Funes Street 1380 PB Office 1 to make the corresponding payment.

Admission is from 3:00 p.m. and departure can be made until 11:00 a.m.
If you need an EARLY CHECK IN or LATE CHECK OUT (Early check in and/or late check out) it can be done if there is availability and previous authorization from the host. The value of each service is 70% of the final rate of the day.
Otherwise, we also have lockers in the hall of the buildings where you can leave your luggage, either on arrival or departure. They are available for free use by guests with limited availability.
The cancellation conditions will be adjusted to the type of rate contracted in each platform. You can review the details in the Terms and Conditions on our website.

Yes, each unit has a complete set of linens for the number of guests in each typology as appropriate. This includes: quilt, sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand towel and bath towel.
No, the cleaning service is included exclusively at the check-in and check-out of each guest. If your stay is longer than 4 nights, we can perform a linen replacement service and / or a review of the apartment free of charge. This service must be coordinated 24 hours in advance (minimum) and with the guest's express authorization to enter the apartment, since each guest will have their own unit hired privately.
Otherwise, if you booked less than 4 nights, you can ask for our options
for special requests. Our team will provide you with the corresponding rates.
FMA Coliving cannot be held responsible for early departures or exceptional changes in the guests' travel plans that imply leaving the contracted unit prior to the stipulated check out date; therefore, no refunds of any kind will be made as they represent a detriment to the company and directly affect the availability and occupancy of our apartments.
We do not have our own FMA service, however, our strategic allies will be able to help you with that; either with Nordic Travel or Hertz Rent a Car. In the confirmation email and in the web check in you will find the details to make the arrangements.
Yes, each building has a concierge service and a night watchman during the night. In addition, each unit has electronic locks with codes and non-transferable security lockers for each apartment.
We recommend and suggest guests not to leave valuables or money outside the safe and to take the necessary basic measures to avoid any inconvenience since, as each apartment is for private use, the company cannot be held responsible for the theft of objects inside the apartments.
Yes, the apartments have hygiene elements such as hair dryer, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and soap as a courtesy or welcome. We do not replace them on a daily basis, so we suggest our guests to bring the hygiene elements they consider convenient for their personal use.
